Ole Vidar has worked in partnership with the Norwegian Government to develop smart city/smart society technology, specifically waste to energy/waste to value in addition to onshore and offshore wind deals. Ole Vidar is also a serial entrepreneur having started several successful companies on his own. He is an engineer by background. He has served as CEO, COO and CMO in a variety of multinational corporations. He hasa masters of Engineering in Renewables.

Joe has more than 25 years of experience in acting as a CFO, VP of Finance and a Controller and has spent most of his career at Tudor Investment Corporation, where he was the VP of Finance and designed the strategy for investments for Tudor Investments. In addition, Joe provided strategic advice to the underlying portfolio companies. Joe has spent the last several years acting as CFO for different private equity strategies including real estate and commodities.
